Leading Utilities Operation & Maintenance (Compressors, Chillers, HVAC Systems, RO Plants, ETP, etc.) and reporting to Head of Engineering. • Ensure corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of all utility systems is carried out effectively. • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor consumption trends. • Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of all utility services to minimize operational costs. • Plan & oversee new equipment installation and commissioning as per expansion or projects. • Manage and control budgets, including preparation of CAPEX/OPEX expenditures, supported by data-driven presentations for approvals. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper procedures for the handling of hazardous materials related to utility operations. • Monitor and report on the performance of utility equipment, initiating timely repairs or replacements as needed.• Drive and support sustainability initiatives focused on energy conservation, water reuse, and clean technology integration to align with organizational sustainability goals. • Ensure 100% closure of HSE Open Action Items including PSM Internal Audit recommendations, Incident Reports, Risk Assessments, Code of Conduct items, and Management Safety Audits (MSA) at production floors. • Responsible for achieving Sustainability Targets (Gas, Water, Electricity), ensuring minimal CO₂ footprint through efficient operations and resource management.
