Responsibilities-Bring best practice strategies to enrich the life cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selecting talent -Manage Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives with Culture Leadership Team (CLT) defining, communicating, tracking and achieving goals -Integrate key DEIB initiatives into talent acquisition to attract and hire top talent -Develop strategies to attract talent and build pipeline for current and future hires -Develop strong partnerships across disciplines to facilitate quality and timely searches -Establish and nurture local and national strategic partnerships with schools and universities, including HBCUs, to build a perpetual talent pipeline -Manage internship programs, including The BrandLab and MAIP -Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize recruiting processes and ensure data management, compliance, and analytics to identify opportunities, advise strategies and inform decisions -Keep up to date on best practices, innovations and trends -Perform additional responsibilities as needed
