In my current role, I manage over $45 million in logistics spend for a top 30 US exporter, overseeing NAR and EMEA ISOs, global freight forwarding, imports brokerage, and NAR Drayage. I continue to lend my deep Coupa knowledge to support all modes of transportation globally, working cross-functionally to roll out capabilities to both indirect and direct procurement. My focus on technical innovation led to my selection as a finalist—and the only solo finalist—for our internal “GeorgE” innovation awards for an automated API connected to Coupa that I independently coded for spot rates. Consistently recognized as a top 10%\"Outperforming\" employee, I was also selected by a member of the executive team for a recognition of excellence for my contributions to a high-priority special project.During my time as the Packed Truck and Warehouse Procurement Manager, I delivered more than $2 million in verified savings across our FTL and LTL networks, while streamlining operations by significantly consolidating our carrier base. On the warehousing side, I was able to optimize our Aventa logistics network by opening a strategically located 3rd party warehouse that reduced freight spend by over $250k. I also partnered with operations on 2024 inventory audits that helped ensure accuracy and space utilization of our warehousing partners. While my main scope was NAR, I continued to lend my Coupa expertise to EMEA and APAC regions during our global logistics RFPs, sharing Coupa best practices and facilitating a culture of continuous learning and transparent stakeholder collaboration.As a Global Logistics Sourcing Analyst, I have driven innovation within Eastman\'s global logistics sourcing team during RFPs by leveraging my expertise in Coupa and data analytics. Through numerous sourcing events, I have developed effective strategies that balance business goals related to cost, service, and safety. Additionally, I have acquired extensive logistics experience across all major modes of transportation globally. For my accomplishments, I was one of four employees chosen by a member of the Eastman executive team to receive a recognition of excellence for FY2023.
