I am an experienced problem solver and use this in all aspects of my portfolio career that focuses on (1) business project/process management consulting for large, small, for-profit, and non-profit companies;(2) academia; and (3) real estate investing. Part of expert problem-solving is understanding the problem and researching and designing the best solution. I listen to my clients and help them figure out and implement the best solution for their problems. I am truly passionate about helping people and businesses.Holding a bachelor’s degree in computer science enabled me to begin my career as a computer programmer. Eventually, I transitioned and gained expertise in business project management and business process changes. Later my master’s degree in psychology and PhD in human services helped widen my expertise on the people aspect with emphasis on the human resources and non-profit realms of business. My key to success has always been my interpersonal and analytical abilities. Additionally, the leadership and facilitation skills I possess enable me to bring diverse sets of people, teams, and skill sets together to work on projects, solve problems, and meet goals. My business has thrived on referrals and repeat business over the years because people trust me, and I deliver quality work. For over 20 years, I have had the privilege to help companies of all sizes and industries with their business planning, project, process, and organizational change needs. I continue to support any organization regardless of its profile or geographical location.Becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2015 helped me better understand mergers, acquisitions, and ordinary property transactions.
