We focus on capacity building, expanding their perspectives, and providing access to opportunities in the development sector and research field. We also raise awareness about scholarships for higher education and offer skill-building programs to enhance their employability.We also run a fellowship \"Urooj Fellowship Program\" for marginalized youth, placing them in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Through this experience, fellows gain firsthand knowledge of the operational structure, culture, and opportunities within CSOs, equipping them for future roles in the sector. Managed and coordinated various community projects and programs. Advocated for policy changes and represented the organization in public forums. Collaborated with various stakeholders to drive organizational goals and ensure sustainable growth. Developed and implemented programs that have positively impacted numerous individuals and communities.
