About Hammad Haider
At Calibrant, I am a Senior Associate in the Energy Capital Markets team, supporting the structuring, diligence, and execution of debt and tax equity transactions for the Calibrant portfolio. I am involved in evaluating economic viability and bankability of individual projects and portfolios and coordinating workstreams with our capital partners. At Kroll, I was a Vice President at the Dallas Office with a focus on the Energy industry. I have more than 6 years of experience in alternative asset advisory, financial reporting, tax reporting, business and asset-level valuations and mergers and acquisitions consulting. Advised clients including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and corporates. My experience in the energy industry includes the valuation of business enterprises, equity interests, allocation of purchase price, tax equity appraisals and impairment testing. Experience valuing energy assets, including solar (operating and development stage), wind, standalone storage, solar plus storage, renewable natural gas, landfill gas, natural gas power/conventional electric power generation facilities, and upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas. I also have experience in the valuation of intangible assets, including power purchase agreements, fuel and supply and transport agreements, trade names, customer relationships, and assembled workforces. Significant expertise building complex business enterprise, equity, and various tangible and intangible asset valuation models. Experience in modeling construction and term debt financing, as well as partnership structures utilizing ITC/PTC tax credits.
