Lead Well Engineer for Greenfield project with complex challenges. Ultra-deep basin TVD), ultra-high pressure (over 25ksi reservoir pressure and over 15ksi wellhead pressure), low margin drilling with Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), sutured salt formations, and H2S. •Detailed design work for Sparta including: Uncemented packer analysis, TAP design, casing and connection development•Support design and execution of wells with WellCAT modelling, drilling programs, I3P documentation, contingency planning•Lead well design and drillability feasibility study for expected future depletion for both OHGP and CHFP completions •Review and stamp all drilling related execution documents for regulatory.
