I am an Associate Director in Debt, Capital and Treasury Advisory team at Deloitte, supporting Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies raise debt finance to support their growth plans.I’ve recently returned from a 2 year secondment to New York where I focused on supporting US and European sponsors with their cross-border financing needs. Our core services include advising Private Equity and their portfolio companies across all sectors on raising acquisition finance, refinancing and any financing requirements ahead of a sale. Since joining the team in 2018, I’ve worked on debt raises ranging from £10m to £3.5bn, across a range of jurisdictions including the UK, US and Europe, a range of structures including cash flow, ARR and ABL lending, and a range of lenders including private credit, banks and venture debt providers.
