ABOUT HAMISH SHILLIDAY
I am an experienced fundraising leader with over 12+ years experience of leading a variety of different sized teams to make a positive impact and contribution to charities across the West Midlands.I have been responsible for leading teams of 12 -50+ fundraisers and 100-400 volunteers to achieve budgets of ranging from £2.5m - 10m+ and stewarding supporters annually through a variety of disciplines. In my last role I had the privilege of joining Compton Care as the Director of Income Generation and Marketing where I lead the fundraising, lottery and retail functions of the charity which included over 80 staff and 400 volunteers to achieve budgets in excess of £10m gross.I am currently leading an IG and legacy specialist team on a significant growth and innovation strategy to protect Canals and Rivers across England and Wales. Including face to face fundraising, donor Acquisition and Development teams, Supporter Care, CRM/Data and Gifts in Wills programme.
