Results driven leader who utilises commercial and operational expertise to maximise potential as well as utilising my great understanding of people to set teams up for future success. I have 10 years of retail experience working from every role from Christmas temporary sales assistant all the way to flagship store manager of a £10m budget store. I have a passion for people and helping develop those around me. I am confident, energetic and competitive. I always strive to excel in everything I do.I have a history of Implementing culture, high standards and expectations everywhere I go, this has lead to records being broken in every store I’ve worked in. As well as having a deep understanding of loss prevention and what is required to minimise stock loss in a country where petty crime is growing more rapidly than ever before. In my current role the LP strategy implemented has decreased stock loss by hundreds of thousands of pounds. Hard work is irreplaceable and over the past decade I have put in countless hours and a huge amount of energy to learn and become the person I am today. Am I the finished article? …. No. But I focus everyday to be better than I was yesterday in the same way I focus my team to be better than they were yesterday. If we can grow by just 1% each day, Imagine where we could be in a year! Growth is what exites me most, life’s opportunities are endless.
