In July 2020, LGM Pharma acquired the formulation development and drug product contract manufacturing business of Nexgen Pharma, Inc. The combination merged LGM\'s global leadership in API sourcing, distribution, and supply chain management with Nexgen Pharma’s comprehensive drug product CDMO services. The combined firm continues to be known as LGM Pharma and has all the capabilities needed to help pharma and biotech clients accelerate and optimize the new product pathway, from R&D and clinical development through regulatory submission commercial manufacturing. LGM Pharma’s Supply Chain Division focuses on sourcing & distribution of quality APIs, providing API supply chain solutions from R&D through commercialization. LGM accesses APIs from a global network of more than 250 fully accredited CGMP manufacturing partners, optimizing API sourcing for its hundreds of customers worldwide and providing unparalleled supply chain security and risk mitigation strategies. LGM’s Drug Manufacturing Division specializes in the development and manufacture of solid dose, powder, semi-solid, and liquid drugs, providing customers a comprehensive one-stop manufacturing solution that includes: formulation development; analytical method development and process validation; ANDA / NDA regulatory support and submission; stability studies; raw material and finished product testing; and packaging and distribution. Hamilton’s role at LGM includes leadership of the following functional areas: Business Development & Marketing; Purchasing; Sourcing; Logistics; and IT. Hamilton brings significant expertise and experience in the small molecule, biologic, peptide, oligonucleotide and personalized vaccine drug development markets, and will continue LGM\'s strong growth in supporting biotech and pharmaceutical clients’ sourcing, distribution and regulatory needs.
