As a Doha Debates Ambassador, I engage in an international community that is committed to promoting respectful dialogue, critical thought, and collective problem-solving on the world\'s most complex issues. I was selected through a competitive process and now represent a diverse community of change-makers who are dedicated to connecting diverse perspectives through informed, inclusive discussion. In this role, I tackle issues of global governance, economic justice, climate change adaptation, and social justice learning to promote solution-oriented dialogue both between and among cultures and ideologies. I am involved in efforts to restore civic engagement and global cooperation and am working in concert with others around the world to further the Doha Debates initiative: redesigning debate to include empathy, nuance, and mutual progress. In this role I am able to lead with vision, communicate across boundaries, and promote sustainable strategies that meet both economic and human necessities worldwide.
