Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain @Omnitrans

Act as a liaison between business partners, operation and IT group to gather, analyze, define, create prototype and document functional and/or technical specification and training materials for new projects to ensure successful project delivery. • Lead all aspects of project implementation using JIRA methodology (Scrum, Kanban) for client B2B ecommerce site including project management and business analyst deliverables. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain operational applications such as TMS, WMS. • Oversee systems used in Supply Chain and Operational business areas, this includes implementation, testing and training, • Work with development team when changes need to be delivered to maintain changes traceability and prepare and facilitate communication between business stakeholders to ensure implemented/proposed solutions have met business requirements. • Provide customer relations leadership and support throughout the implementation and support cycle. • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems or improvements to existing for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. • Map process activities to identify shortfalls and process options to rectify operational inefficiency. • Assist operation and customs team with the daily checks of system and process status, resolving integration process transactions failures such as EDI and XML mapping. • Create functional specifications and system design proposals. • Lead system integration projects and work with our customers to provide system Integration, Rollout, Optimization and Consultation
