Oversee procurement and contract activities to meet sourcing goals, reduce costs, and boost efficiency. Foster a high-performance procurement environment, driving KPI improvements and accountability. Lead transformation initiatives to build a client-focused, results-driven procurement culture. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure execution and compliance of commercial contracts. Deliver pre- and post-award services within a category management framework for optimal supplier selection. Develop category supply chain strategies, conduct market analysis, and track KPIs. Perform price analysis, review financials, and evaluate market data for competitive pricing. Negotiate and administer contracts to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks. Monitor supplier performance for compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Mentor team members on procurement best practices, contract law, and negotiation strategies
