Job Responsibilities: Perform the services mentioned in this Agreement with the standard of conduct expected from a professional, optimally skilled service provider, and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Respond to and abide by all the requests and instructions of the management concerning the services within the reasonable time that agreed upon. Provide with “SoW” to clarify the work performed & the time required to complete the task. Creating & developing all intellectual properties in connection with SVP (Doc & materials form). Participate in meetings (physical or virtual) to provide advice and recommendations. Day to day coordination with counterparties in executing SVP in India. Visit test centers of SVP while conducting the testing and generating a report. Participate in the accrediting of new test centers of SVP in India. Keep checking the SVP portal and resolving issues if any. Coordinate with the counterparties to expand SVP in new areas in India. Randomly visit the test centers of SVP and look for the obstacles and suggestions to solve them. Conduct workshops to let test centers & recruiting agencies about the SVP and its portal. Update the counterparties about any latest developments in SVP. Oversee customer support, so the program will not be affected. Resolve the concerns of 22 test centers, and recruiting agencies. Prepare a weekly report and present it to SVP project manager in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which should include the following:a. Status of the number of tests, test takers and test centers.b. Any required support from Takamol side.c. Conduct a weekly/bi-weekly meeting with the counterparty management and submit MOM.d. Risks, issues, and lessons learned in targeted country.
