Business case preparation and funding route planning for all optimization projects in Physical Logistics- Logistics optimization projects management including project resource planning and control of Quality, Cost, Time, and Risk to contribute effectively to the company\'s cost reduction strategy- Project suppliers selection and work content management including initial negotiation, Technical specifications, Tender analysis, Purchasing requisition, Purchasing order, Service Level Agreement, and RAMS, in conjunction with purchasing and Finance departments - Projects team planning and activities control by running different projects teams\' weekly meeting - Physical Logistics facility and resource planning include fleet management, stores, racks, scanners, tablets, packaging repair, and - Physical Logistics Complex Systems analysis using operation research data modeling, Statistical tools, Value Stream Mapping, Time study, Method study, Capacity study, FMEA, and Simulation- Physical Logistics processes re-engineering by Process mapping, Gap Analysis, and Documentation- Management of all Physical logistics processes documents (Work instructions, Task instructions, Knowledge books, standards, Forms, and so on) in BMW Documents Management System- Encouraging, helping, and monitoring Continuous improvement activities in the Logistics operations teams according to lean concepts (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, and Visual Management)- Logistics Processes Ergonomic and Risk Analysis (SERA)- Collaboration with the plant innovation team to define innovative solutions in logistics processes (e.g. AI, autonomous FLT, and so on)
