Project: CAMH Phase 1D Research Building - Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers- Attend field visits and pre-tender meetings- Manage estimating process, including quantity take-offs and tender preparation- Provide project analysis and track productivity, costs, and progress- Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings- Monitor progress and provide job cost reports- Assist in month-end reconciliation and maintain project files- Aid in preparation, review, and maintenance of engineering drawings- Gather field information for project bill of materials- Assist in detailed construction and design estimates- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments- Perform administrative duties as needed- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to travel to site locations.
