I work on the development of photonic integrated circuits (PICs), incorporating active and passive Si, SiN, Ge and integrated photonic devices for optical compute interconnect (OCI) and co-packaged optics (CPO).• Lead the design and integration of passive and active Si, Ge and photonic devices on hybrid monolithic PICs for OCI / CPO applications• Contribute to the architecture development, PIC / EIC co-optimization and system analysis for Intel OCI products• Design and optimize high speed electro-optic Si / Ge photonic devices, including Mach-Zehnder modulators (MZMs), microring modulators (MRMs) and waveguide-integrated Ge photodetectors (WG-PDs).
