In this role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative features, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration with external telephony service providers.My key responsibilities include:• Strategy and Roadmap: Developing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Operator Connect to align with the company\'s goals and customer needs. This involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with telephony service providers, internal teams, and customers to gather requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. I work closely with our partners to enable easy and secure connectivity for Teams users, expanding our network of operators.• Feature Development: Collaborating with engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver new features and enhancements. I ensure that the product meets quality standards, regulatory compliance, and security requirements.• User Experience: Continuously improving the Teams PSTN calling experience by leveraging user feedback, conducting usability studies, and monitoring usage data. I strive to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience for both individual users and enterprise customers.• Go-to-Market: Working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product messaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
