I’ve spent the past 19 years building software - and the teams that build it - in bank back‑ends, fintech tools, e‑commerce storefronts, factory floors, and, most recently, Einstrong’s nonprofit platform that delivers aid around the world. That range has taught me how to keep systems up, secure, and on budget while still shipping features fast.Day to day, you’ll find me sketching architectures on a whiteboard, then rolling up my sleeves to pair‑debug a tricky race condition. Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native patterns are my bread and butter, but nothing beats mentoring an engineer through their first production deploy. I love turning product and operations goals into clear roadmaps, then guiding developers, DevOps, and SDETs across three continents to hit them.Lately, I’ve been moving our stack to an active‑active, zero‑trust setup and weaving multi‑vendor biometric authentication into our user flows so we can serve more people faster and safer. I’m at my best when I’m building collaborative cultures, negotiating smart deals with cloud partners, and chasing every small improvement that makes the platform more reliable and scalable.
