It serves as a community hospital for Greater Orlando and as a major tertiary referral hospital for Central Florida and much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and Latin America. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: • Defines the strategy, content creation and implementation of annual fund and event marketing campaigns to support fundraising efforts for over 25 areas of care at AdventHealth • Develops and manages an integrated communication strategy (through email, social, blogs, video, radio, billboards, internal and external media) for over 5 fundraising events totaling over 4,600 attendees and $2.5 million annually • Leads the Annual Fund team through the development and implementation of campaign strategies to raise over $1.4 million annually • Leads the marketing team in donor acquisition, retention and conversion with engaging communication strategies • Manages in-kind and philanthropic partnerships to develop digital and print media • Strategies with lead consumer marketing departments to integrate fundraising initiatives into consumer marketing campaigns
