At Gateway Logistics, I not only worked directly with clients and carriers to meet tight deadlines and optimize deliveries but also took on a leadership role to improve team morale, foster healthy competition, and encourage cooperation. Winning together was the only option, and I’m proud to have contributed to a culture of shared success.
