In my career I’ve been fortunate to follow my passion in helping my fellow human beings – employees and strategic partners alike to realize their professional and personal successes; while in turn, helping their companies to achieve their corporate and well-being goals. Personally, I’m elated that in my forward thinking, I’ve created successful employee based performance programs, travel incentives, meetings and events, employee well-being and engagement programs that are ready to utilize as trends in the corporate environment change. Our methods of creating ways to drive our client’s goals by emotionally connecting with the company’s target audiences have allowed us to differentiate ourselves. With this - I’ve helped numerous businesses in various industries achieve and exceed their goals. I’ve conceptualized, planned and facilitated many successful programs that not only achieved my client’s set goals but also emotionally connected with their audience’s professional and personal ambitions. Not only is it a pleasure for me but also a great way for businesses to shape their success by showing that they truly value their employees and strategic partners. For over 30 years I’ve been pro-actively listening to the needs of companies and creating valuable programs that motivate and engage their audience.
