About Hallie S.
7 years of experience coordinating interviews and onboarding, as well as HR operations experience andfull-cycle recruiting utilizing grassroots sourcing methods. Startup administrative experience handlingall office operations, payroll, and reporting directly to the Senior Vice President. Managed a team of 5Recruiting Coordinators and hired/trained 7 new Coordinators, successfully onboarding and rampingthem in 3-4 weeks.Additionally, as a personal project, I created and manage a Discord server of 400+ people in my free time. I moved to Denver and saw a need for a more organized way of connecting with other women who share my interests/hobbies. With no prior knowledge of how to use Discord, I quickly created an extremely organized and effective server, successfully marketing it online to grow the membership count from 0 to 210 people in less than 3 months. I plan 5-10 events per month, coordinating reservations, RSVPs, payments, a Google event calendar, a group Instagram page, polls/surveys, installing server bots to automate processes, etc. I am the sole moderator for the group, introducing rules and instructions to new members and moderating behavior/removing members who disobey group guidelines. It has been extremely rewarding using my professional skills to achieve such success in this personal project, and it has also allowed me to improve my event planning, coordination, and people management skills immensely, all while meeting new people in Denver:)
