About Hallie Crouch

Hallie (DelVillan) Crouch [HAY-lee krouCH] is a Partner at Bialosky, the Midwest design firm founded in 1951 by architect Jack Alan Bialosky, Sr. She guides business development, marketing, strategic planning, best practices, organizational development, DEI, policies, and programs. Podcasts spotlighting her nontraditional career include Rust Belt Rundown, Coffee With Fellows, and Nearly One Fourth.Hallie has advised many of AIA Cleveland\'s recent presidents, earning her two Presidential Citations. In 2021, she completed her term as an Executive Officer and Secretary of AIA Cleveland. She was honored in 2023 with the National AIA Associates Award, which cited her voice as a nontraditional practitioner and her work toward achieving an equitable profession. She now serves as Councilor, representing Ohio to the AIA National Strategic Council, whose work is to explore the most vital and pressing topics facing the architectural profession in the decades ahead.She has served as a juror of architecture student work at her alma mater, Kent State University. She has presented on the topics of equity and alternative careers at design schools and architecture conferences, including the 2019 National Women\'s Leadership Summit in Minneapolis. She recently served as a juror for the national SMPS Marketing Communication Awards and a peer reviewer for the AIA National Conference (A\'23) in San Francisco. Hallie belongs to the Bridge Builders Class of 2023, a selective program for mid-career leaders from the Cleveland Leadership Center. She was named to Engineering News Record\'s National Top 20 Under 40 in 2025.
