About Hallie Baron

As Associate Director, I work closely with the Executive Director and all of the staff to execute and manage the daily operations of JCRC, inspire our Department Directors to meet the organization\'s vision and mission, and shepherd special projects that further the mission and goals of the organization. I manage our PACE - Public Affairs Community Engagement - staff, our Public Policy Director, our grants manager, and the director of the Jewish Coalition for Literacy. In addition, I partner closely with our senior staff - Finance, Development, Marketing/Communications, Middle East Project - to help move the myriad projects, collaborations and strategic thinking critical to JCRC\'s mission. Not a day goes by that there\'s not important and challenging events, news, policy decisions, projects and brainstorming going in which I participate.
