Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Track data metrics for effective sourcing and hiring practices.• Manage internship program, including recruiting and onboarding, program management, and program closure.• Conduct employee onboarding and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Manage onboarding processes to ensure employees are successfully onboarded into appropriate systems and have a seamless onboarding experience.• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of various engagement and experience programs, including but not limited to DE & I programs, employee engagement surveys and action plans, and inclusive feedback loops. Determine program effectiveness through data analysis and make recommendations for improvements.• Assist HR leadership in employee relation matters and investigations as needed. Utilize case management tracking for trend analysis and recommend focus areas for training, performance management, and/or coaching as needed.• Assist in maintaining and conducting the cyclical performance review process; assist employees in coaching and feedback throughout the process.• Oversee and manage the company’s professional development program. Assist in building training programs to address need areas, partner with third party vendors in collaboration with HR and KCE leadership teams. Establish and market learning communities internally (i.e. community learning groups, Lunch & Learns, SME trainings).• Support leadership in the development of DE & I programs and initiatives. Recommend training and learning opportunities, affinity networking opportunities, and gage success of programs through various feedback loops. Track training records and build/maintain metrics reporting.• All other duties as required.
