I am a passionate educator and trainer, coaching students and volunteers to realize their full potential while creating a vision for how they can have a greater impact on those around them. I have a Masters in Education, specifically in college student development. As a first generation college student, I value lifelong learning that occurs both in and out of the classroom. I enjoy developing and facilitating leadership education and training to promote self-awareness; personal and professional growth; and positive team dynamics. I pride myself on seeing what individuals bring to a team and placing them in positions to flourish.
