I never expected that a path beginning in sales administration would lead me to a career I genuinely love — recruiting. But the through‑line has always been the same: people.Today, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Barnhart Crane & Rigging, I get to combine what I do best — building relationships, solving problems, and supporting teams — with meaningful, mission‑driven work. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and strategic thinking, all of which shape how I approach talent acquisition.At Barnhart, I partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to design thoughtful recruitment strategies, strengthen team performance, and streamline processes so our service is consistent, efficient, and people‑first. Some of the work I’m most proud of includes helping create tools and methods that make the hiring experience smoother and more transparent for both candidates and internal teams.What motivates me most is our commitment to excellence and collaboration.
