I\'ve been in the bar and restaurant business since 2009 after a successful twenty-five year career in Information Technology. As a serial bar and restaurant entrepreneur with twelve projects representing more than $25MM in annual revenues opened or rebuilt/rescued over the last ten years, I\'m now fully committed to being in the hospitality business with new projects and locations currently under development. Before jumping into the world of restaurants and bars, this was my Linked In profile: Technology evangelist and senior level manager / strategist / leader with hands-on ability to make technolgy work coupled with a deep understanding of finance and marketing. Focus on building high-traffic website infrastructures, billing & registration systems, customer service portals, and financial reporting systems, along with the management of IT personnel and resources with multi-million dollar budgets. Prior experiences include building real-time energy trading systems, retail and warehouse/distribution/inventory management systems, accounting systems, and a variety of business automation projects.
