Whether it’s entering a strategic joint venture or handling post-closing compliance, I work to make complex legal matters feel clear, manageable, and aligned with each client’s goals. I want my clients to feel confident not just in the deal itself, but in the decisions that surround it.My practice covers a wide range of healthcare legal matters, with a focus on transactional work involving ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, and hospitals and health systems. I support clients through all phases of a transaction, from drafting and negotiating key documents to integration planning and ongoing operational issues. As an attorney at Husch Blackwell, I am proud to be part of a national healthcare team that brings deep industry knowledge to every matter. Our team is known for combining legal insight with a true understanding of the realities that healthcare companies face in the modern world. Outside of client work, I am committed to advancing diversity in the legal profession. As the daughter of an immigrant, I know firsthand the power of opportunity and am passionate about helping students from underrepresented backgrounds pursue careers in law. Through my pro bono practice, I particularly enjoy providing guidance to budding entrepreneurs and musicians (a pro of living in Music City!) on corporate formation and governance. At the heart of everything I do is a belief in people—whether it’s a client, a colleague, or a student.
