I am a Chartered Accountant working within the Commercial Finance Team at Network Plus, where I partner with Commercial teams to drive efficient forecasting, budgeting and cost control. I manage a team of two Management Accountants and work collaboratively with stake holders to support strategic decision making and business performance.Prior to this I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions gaining experience on transactions with a range of deal values from £5m-£105m. These included Private Equity investments/divestments, Employee Ownership Trust structures, Trade-to-Trade deals and also Debt Raises. In these transactions I was responsible for collating marketing material, project managing due diligence processes and managing relationships with investors, business owners and senior leadership teams.I also have experience in audit, specliasing in AIM listed entities across a range of sectors where I developed a strong technical grounding.
