I was promoted into a senior leadership role within a much larger division of Microsoft and charged with strategizing, developing, and driving narratives, stories, and multi-platform communications campaigns, events, and videos that keep the 5,700 employees of Microsoft’s global Office Product Group informed, engaged, and proud to be at Microsoft. I also own end-to-end communications strategy on behalf of two corporate VPs and serve as a strategic partner to a 23-member leadership team. In this role, I’ve developed and deployed a fully integrated communications strategy and driven notable improvements across all categories related to employee understanding and executive leadership. I also created and executed innovative All-Hands Meetings that set a new standard in employee engagement. Most recently, I led strategy, messaging, and content development through the launch of AI Experiences for Microsoft.
