   As the Senior Program Manager for the Graduate Training Integration Management System (G/TIMS) Department of Defense software sustainment contract, I was responsible for overseeing a high-visibility $85M program. I led a team of 133 full-time employees (FTEs), providing strategic direction, daily oversight, and professional mentorship to ensure both individual growth and overall program success. I managed operations across eight distinct task areas, consistently delivering 100% of projects on time or ahead of schedule while earning top customer satisfaction ratings in CPARs and stakeholder evaluations.To drive efficiency and reduce risk, I designed and implemented robust project management frameworks rooted in Agile, Scrum, and PMP methodologies.
