As Director, Indigenous Rights & Quality with the Indigenous Health Collaborative Council (IHCC), I provide strategic leadership to advance the implementation of the Fraser Partnership Accord and the Xwélalà:m Xwelá Ye Xwexwílmexw Blueprint, strengthening governance, accountability, and Indigenous Cultural Safety across Fraser Health. My work focuses on building accountable systems, fostering trusted partnerships, and driving systemic improvements that uphold the Fraser Partnership Accord and support healthier outcomes for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples in the Fraser Salish region.My career spans clinical systems leadership, enterprise solution delivery, and data‑driven operational improvement across Fraser Health and the Provincial Health Services Authority. Prior to this role, I supported Surgical, Anaesthesia, and Medical Device Reprocessing Services as Lead, Clinical Ancillary Solutions, and previously served as a Surgical Systems Analyst with BC Children’s & Women’s Hospital, leading and contributing to major initiatives such as delivery of the new enterprise Steris Sterile Processing Management System, Da Vinci Surgical Robots, Philips Capsule, and while at C&W, the Clinical Systems Transformation Cerner implementation. Earlier in my career, I worked in analytics, consulting, digital media, and startup leadership. These experiences that shaped my approach to problem‑solving, governance, and human‑centered design.I hold an MBA from the University of New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Technology Management, and a Diploma in Computer Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, travel, cooking, PC gaming (especially VR sim‑racing), reading, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
