About Hali Booker
Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte\'s Tax Operate practice. In addition to helping clients transform their tax operations in terms of their people, process, data, and technology, I also devote my time to supporting Deloitte\'s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. For tax clients interested in operational transformation, I bring proven experience driving process and technology change within Deloitte US, our member firms, and some of our largest clients. I have 8+ years of experience serving as lead EMO for large-scale outsourcing engagement as well as 7+ years of experience configuring, deploying and training Deloitte professionals and clients on Deloitte\'s corporate tax technology solutions (e.g, Corptax, Intela). Since starting at Deloitte in 2011, I have spearheaded various diversity and inclusion initiatives aimed at fostering a sense of belonging for existing professionals and improving our ability to recruit and retain diverse talent. Since 2020, I have supported Deloitte in its effort to drive equity internally and for our clients.
