I’m not sure if HR landed in my lap due to former initials (HR) or if my journey from biology/pre-med to ultimately psychology led me to the big wide world of HR, but here I stand 20+ years later still enjoying everything about people, culture and helping folks bring their fullest selves to work each and every day. My HR career path has been an exciting potpourri of being a hands-on HR generalist to sitting alongside C-Suite level Executives and providing counsel and sustainable solutions that support the organization’s values and guiding behaviors. I look forward to the continued privilege to partner with all levels of employees at medium to large organizations and support efforts that Support People, Walk Their Talk, Encourage Purpose, Nurture Creativity and Inspire the Best from All.
