Most AI advice is written for businesses that already have resource, budget, and a tech team to implement it.That\'s not who I work with.I work with small businesses, social enterprises, and Community Interest Companies in England and Wales, with organisations who are doing important work on tight margins, with founder-led teams and no appetite for wasted time or vague strategy.I came to AI not as a technologist. I came as a creative business strategist with over 20 years in creative industries, someone who has built rom the ground up, someone who has built a mission-driven CIC, and someone who knows what it feels like to hold too much together with too little.When AI started dominating the conversation, most of the founders and CIC leaders I knew felt one thing: overwhelmed. Not excited. Overwhelmed. Because the advice wasn\'t designed for them.So I built a different approach.One that starts with creative thinking and sustainable strategy, not tools. An approach that designs AI around how an organisation actually thinks and works, rather than forcing it to adapt to someone else\'s framework. That takes seriously the accountability, values, and community commitments that make CICs different from a regular business.I call it Creative Intelligence — AI that amplifies your organisation\'s strengths without replacing its humanity.Today I work with founders and CIC leaders to clarify their strategy, reduce operational overwhelm, and build calm, intelligent systems that free them to do the work that matters.My own organisations include Oculus AI Agency, Bake Boss Academy®, and The Anchor Room CIC — a Community Interest Company supporting women rebuilding their lives after abuse.
