I am the Director of Human Resources at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a leading law firm with over 15 different locations throughout the east coast. I graduated from Clemson University (go tigers!) with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, and I have over eight years of experience in various HR roles within the legal, manufacturing, and event management industries.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of human resources for the firm, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent for our team. I work with the senior management team to align HR strategies with business objectives, and I partner with the legal and administrative departments to provide HR support and guidance. I also manage the full-cycle recruitment process and implement and improve HR policies and procedures. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where everyone can thrive and grow.
