About Hali Forstner
As the Vice President and Chief-of-Staff for Applied Global Services (AGS), I\'ve shaped the organization\'s inclusive leadership program, strategy planning, and communications. Previously, my extensive product knowledge had been utilized in driving product development and marketing, and key account management, in the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG). I hold a Ph.D. and MS degrees in chemical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction from the University of Calgary. I\'ve published twelve published technical papers and hold five patents, underscoring my commitment to advancing semiconductor technology. In addition, I\'m proud to be a 2025 honoree of the Golden Gate Silicon Valley YWCA’s Tribute to Women Award.
