ABOUT HALEY HALEY NOZELL VAN LAHR

I have been working within the Technology Digital Transformation space for nearly 10 years with a focus on large, complex digital transformations. I am focused on developing and implementing Program Management approaches that help teams successfully deliver multi-million dollar transformational Lead to Cash systems solutions. I have been incredibly fortunate to find a role that I love and affords me the opportunity to tackle complex challenges with incredibly smart people every single day. Over the course of these large transformations we have the opportunity to provide the company with a technology system that will be a platform for their future growth and to help educate, mentor and coach their team into becoming the leaders that will drive the future of the company. It isn\'t just their systems that transform, it is their people. Exactus is an incredibly place to work and I have been able to learn and grow more since joining than I did in the five years prior. The emphasis on team work, creative solutions, client focused delivery, and mentorship have allowed me to succeed in providing clients value not only in the delivery of projects but in the transformation of their own teams. Exactus doesn’t just help their people grow, they help their clients grow as well. Conan O’Brian once said “Work hard, be kind, amazing things will happen” which is an attitude I try to bring each and every day to my projects. I strongly believe in encouraging this culture on any project team that I am a part of and believe this attitude, commitment to success and creative approach to program management are some of the ways I help my teams succeed. When I am not working I enjoy walks with my husband, son and dog, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
