About Haley Sims

Haley was born and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina but quickly found a second place to call home in the Triangle after spending many years visiting family in the city she grew to love, Raleigh. Upon graduation, she attended Appalachian State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in marketing with a concentration in sales. Her passion for serving others was ingrained at a young age from helping in her family’s local restaurant, Ivan’s, in Salisbury, North Carolina. Growing up in the customer-service industry taught Haley the importance of listening to consumer needs and investing time and energy to acquire success. Her ability to connect with others paired with her hardworking persona led her to pursue a career in real estate. After graduating college, Haley moved to Raleigh where she earned her North Carolina broker’s license. Haley creates value in every transaction by approaching the buyer and seller process through a unique lens. Knowing that it is a delicate decision to buy or sell a home, she approaches the experience with empathy, humor, and a wealth of knowledge. In working alongside some of the Triangle’s top real estate agents, she has utilized her experience in various types of real estate transactions and is prepared for any situation that may arise. Her involvement in the community including the RRAR Young Professionals Network, has helped her cultivate positive relationships with local businesses, lenders, and fellow realtors. This in conjunction with additional outreach efforts, has been key to building her powerful sphere of connections. In Haley’s free time, she enjoys cheering on NHL team, the Carolina Hurricanes after dining at one of her two favorite local restaurants, Winston’s Grille and Vivace. When not out and about exploring the taste of Raleigh’s award-winning restaurants, you can find Haley walking her dog, Winnie and spending summer days at Atlantic Beach.
