ABOUT HALEY JONES
Haley M. Jones, CAE is the director of member engagement at the American Staffing Association where she plays an integral role in the development and management of ASA’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. In addition to serving as the staff liaison to the association’s inclusion, diversity, and equity advocacy (IDEA) group council, she leads the association’s partnerships with organizations such as the National Urban League and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. She also oversees the ASA-affiliated chapter programs, section councils, mentor match program, volunteer management program, owner peer groups, and other member engagement initiatives. Haley’s career has been in various areas of association management including governance, leadership development, volunteer management, and DEI. She is a Diversity Executive Leadership Program scholar with the American Society of Association Executives, earned her Certified Association Executive credential in 2018, earned the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida in 2021, was selected to the Association Forum Forty Under 40 class of 2021, and was named to Staffing Industry Analysts DE & I Influencers list in 2023.
