I am not your normal \"event coordinator\". Although I do plan events, that is not my only specialty. I am now the Assistant Director of Events and Reservations at CenClub Recreation! I am always interested in learning new things. I can do the financials in QuickBooks, scheduling and payroll, make signs, banners, and graphics, create websites, and much more. I am an alumnus of Florida International University majoring in Hospitality Management. I have over ten years of experience in the event planning industry doing events such as weddings, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, charity events, dances, and festivals.

   Direct the planning, logistics, and execution of events within the clubhouse.Work closely with the building managers, maintenance, and custodial regarding the scheduling, setup, and preparation of event reservations.Coordination and oversight of outdoor events.Collaborate with vendors and partners to coordinate event logistics and services.Meeting with clubs to advise on several aspects of planning successful events.Plan and supervise setup and decoration for signature events and dances. Manage budget for these events.Manage and confirm reservations in RecTrac, web-based reservation management platform.Coordinate and organize class schedule with advisement from Resident Services Director. Point of contact for instructors.Oversight of reservations for the recreation facilities.Help with walk-in inquires, signing out recreation equipment, and registering residents for events.
