As the Global Sustainability Director at Dow, I lead the business transformation from waste to value, driving innovation and investment to create new technology that scales the circular life of plastics into profits. With over 20 years of packaging experience, I have embedded triple bottom line, ESG strategies across the CPG, Retail and Packaging sectors, building new ecosystems and infrastructure to turn plastic waste into an infinite resource.I am passionate about driving transformation and system change and have been recognized as a World Economic Forum\'s Young Global Leader, a Top Woman Breaking the Mold, and a board member of several organizations (including The Recycling Partnership). I have also designed and delivered a sustainability and circular growth strategy, helped build the Dow Impact Fund, and pioneered growth of the global innovation lab, Pack Studios. I frequently speak and publish on plastic waste issues and solutions, and volunteer as a mentor and a consultant for social impact initiatives.
