Managing Career Services at NWP in four strategic areas: Career Education, Work Integrated Learning, Symplicity CSM implementation, and Dual Credit-Leading the strategic direction and daily operations of NWP Career Services across all campuses, including supervision, budgeting, and program planning-Organizing the design and delivery career development programming for student, alumni, and employer audiences in multiple formats including workshops, events, and presentations-Acting as a key liaison between NWP and employers to market students and graduates, strengthen industry partnerships, and secure participation in job fairs, internships, job shadowing, and mentoring opportunities-Using sector and industry trend analysis to inform students and faculty of emerging career pathways and optimize job search strategies-Coordinating and managing Symplicity, NWP Career Services\' Career Management System, ensuring accurate data management and seamless student-employer engagement-Supporting the development and maintenance of WIL partnerships with community and industry stakeholders to increase experiential learning opportunities for students. Through this, I work closely with Work NW Alberta-Serving as the primary dual credit liaison between NWP and regional secondary schools, negotiating and renewing MOUs annually and coordinating enrollment, registration, and student support. Grew enrolment in Dual Credit programming by 1133% in less than one academic cycle-Creating marketing and recruitment materials for dual credit programs, and represent NWP at off-site events to promote opportunities.
