At City Lights, I have designed and implemented a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including managing an integrated capital campaign that has raised over $12 million (with more to go!) to establish a permanent supportive housing community. Since joining, I have increased the organizational annual fund revenue by over 50%, while managing diverse responsibilities such as social media, communications, grant writing, and major gift fundraising. By combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, I help ensure the organization meets its goals and serves the community and our neighbors effectively.
