    Starbucks is a global coffee company with more than locations around the world and generating over $22B in annual revenues.I was promoted to serve as a Human Resources project manager and internal consultant on initiatives in the areas of partner (employee) relations, talent mobility, coaching and development, digitization, and change management efforts around talent processes and policies. To this end, I direct a matrixed organization of executive leaders and stakeholders strengthening organizational effectiveness, accelerating people services delivery, integrating our HR centers of excellence, and driving workforce engagement and retention through internal transformation and change management. Key achievements:Building a strategic HR function that delivered programs that improved culture, engagement, and productivity, using agile approach and adopting the internal governance to align and influence more than 200 HR and functional leaders around new ways of working.Rebuilding the Partner Relations Virtual Coach program, which standardized HR and performance management practices across diverse US and Canadian jurisdictions. I secured the sponsors; improved our content, UI/UX, and tools; and scoped a potential AI integration. Liaising with our senior executive team in the successful design, test, and pilot launch of the next-stage Internal Mobility and Onboarding Immersion programs, embedding our culture goals, corporate policy, HR workflows, and manager training.Standardizing employee relations case management ways of working on more than 50K cases annually, and integrating labor relations SOPs.
