ABOUT HALEY GUENARD

Hiring BCBAs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire! At ABA Centers of America, we provide clients and their families with individualized and comprehensive autism care. Client care is at the center of everything we do! We provide our employees with great training, continuing education, amazing benefits, and career growth. My passion is to interact with people while supporting, coaching, and learning in order to both maintain and improve an organization\'s employee base, culture, and values. This is an important aspect of my life, as I have carried it through both personally and professionally. I\'m a graduate from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a Bachelor\'s in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Mental Health. I studied Criminal Justice because I am inquisitive, value integrity, and enjoy behavioral psychology. Throughout my education and life experiences, I have gained the ability to think critically, analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate effectively. I find helping others fulfilling; for two and a half years I worked with children and adults who had mental health and behavioral disorders. In my former role as a residential counselor, I provided trauma-informed care to youth who presented difficult and challenging behaviors. While employed there, I learned how to set limits and deal with crises in a calm manner. While teaching special education, I developed useful skills in presentation, classroom management, and behavior data tracking.
