ABOUT HALEY DEMANA

I grew up spending my summers working at my family’s business, Benjamin Steel Co, where I got hands-on experience in the steel industry. Being around the “building blocks of the world” from a young age sparked my passion for manufacturing and gave me a deep understanding of how raw materials turn into essential products. After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Strategic Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University, I expanded my skill set with a unique mix of business leadership and a strong understanding of the roots of American industry. Post-graduation, I’ve worked in material handling, where I’ve learned even more about the intricate processes that connect raw materials to finished products. This experience has shown me the importance of smooth operations and efficient systems, giving me insight into logistics, supply chains, and more. Now, I’m focused on driving innovation in manufacturing, with a passion for improving processes and building better, more sustainable businesses. Whether it’s optimizing operations or tackling strategic challenges, I’m all about creating solutions that move industries forward.
